Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase without giving a reason. For goods, that period generally begins when the consumer, or a person nominated by them other than the carrier, receives the goods. For service contracts, it generally begins when the contract is concluded.

The withdrawal right is subject to statutory rules and exceptions. This summary does not replace those rules or restrict any longer or additional right that applies in a particular case.

Where legally permitted and properly disclosed before purchase, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods following an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal. Returned goods should be protected appropriately for transport.

This return-cost rule does not transfer to the customer costs that applicable consumer law places on DinoBuilds for legitimately faulty or non-conforming goods.

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may fall within a statutory exception to the normal withdrawal right. Whether the exception applies depends on the actual configuration and circumstances. Not every custom PC automatically falls within the exception.

Statutory conformity remedies apply where goods are faulty, do not match their description, or otherwise fail to conform. DinoBuilds will not require a customer to bear return costs where applicable consumer law places those costs on the seller.

To request cancellation before work begins or an order ships, contact support@dinobuilds.com promptly and include the order or request reference.

For a genuinely personalized or made-to-specification order, cancellation or withdrawal rights may be affected once the order is underway, subject always to the facts and applicable consumer law. No automatic cancellation fee is stated by this draft.

Valid refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practicable, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing. DinoBuilds does not state a separate invented processing time on this draft page.
