Customer terms
Terms of Sale & Service
These draft terms describe how DinoBuilds intends to supply products, custom builds and PC services. They do not remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.
Products
- DinoBuilds may sell new products and used or refurbished PCs and components.
- The condition supplied must correspond to the condition stated on the individual product listing.
- Prices and available stock are checked again by the existing checkout system before payment opens.
Custom builds
You may specify components or performance requirements, or provide a budget so DinoBuilds can propose a suitable configuration. The itemised quote must be accepted before work proceeds.
Custom builds are paid in full before sourcing or building begins. DinoBuilds does not provide its own instalment-credit system. A payment provider may offer a third-party payment or instalment option at checkout, subject entirely to that provider’s availability, approval and terms.
Withdrawal rights for custom configurations: Spanish and EU consumer law contains an exception to the usual withdrawal right for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Whether that exception applies depends on the particular configuration and circumstances of the order. A product is not automatically excluded from withdrawal merely because DinoBuilds calls it a custom PC.
Services and extra work
DinoBuilds may provide repairs, upgrades, diagnostics, assembly, optimization and related PC services. The agreed quote or scope describes the requested work.
If additional chargeable work or parts become necessary, DinoBuilds will seek the customer’s approval before carrying them out.
Payment
- Full payment is required where indicated by the store or an accepted quote.
- Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by DinoBuilds.
- Third-party payment services are subject to their own approval and terms.
Shipping, international sales and collection
DinoBuilds intends to sell internationally where the actual checkout and shipping arrangements permit. The appearance of a payment method does not guarantee that a destination can be serviced.
Shipping availability and cost depend on the order, destination, parcel and courier arrangement. Where legally applicable and disclosed, a customer may be responsible for import duties or taxes on a cross-border shipment. Local collection may be offered where arranged.
Statutory rights
These terms operate alongside applicable consumer law. See the Returns, Cancellations & Refunds and Warranty, Repairs & Customer-Supplied Equipment pages for more information.
